Inbound calls not changing dispo

I had my #1 web server die and needed to replace it with the 2nd web server i already had available. I copied over the audio store and switched the IP . Everything seems to be working just fine however
I have just noticed when an inbound call comes in and is dispositioned its not changing the dispo on the lead.
That lead was posted in prior to the call.
I have been running with no issues for 4 years this way and it seems right after i switched web servers this is what started happening.
Aside from transferring the audio store and changing the sounds folder is there some config that I might have missed when switching out the web server? the new web server was installed with vicibox ISO
