when i dial number manually, it rings fine, it get answered fine, but when it get answered it shows LiveCall for a second and then immediately shows hangup on top right corner, but the channel keeps connected and we can still talk. but on report it shows agent on deadcall.

Upgrade to the latest svn/trunk. We rewrote the manual dial code earlier this year to fix several issues related to that.

I just fixed that issue by syncing time among asterisk, php, mysql

It was the issue with time synchronization, my php time was not good, i then reset it in my php.ini file ... and restart the apache service, then issue fixed.
