How can we log all transfer attempt successful or not?

There are several ways of doing a "transfer", some are easy to log, and others are very difficult. Which specific type of transfer were you referring to?
Also, what do you mean by "successful"?

Hi,
Please disregard the sucessful.
For the error transfer, Like for example when the made a transfer and nothing happen after so they click the customer dial again. I need to see the logs on this one, for me to verify if the agent do the steps properly and put the correct number to dial(we have lots of transfer number).
