phone rings and hangs up

Postby abhasbajpai » Mon Sep 11, 2006 7:25 am

hi i am having a problum on reinstallation of vicidial
i have to formate the system
before that the dialer was working fine
after formating i reinstalled the asterisk and vicidial just as scratch install has suggested.
only that i have taken the backup of /etc/asterisk
so i restored it insted of manually editing the conf file
now the agents can dial mannualy
i am using the eyebaem softpone
so when agent log in from /agc/vicidial.php
the phone rings but when they pick up the phone it hangs up
perevouisly there was a sound sayoin currently you are the only one in this session.
but now there is no sound
if agent clicks on resume after 20 sec the screen comes the noone is your session.
the leads are allright
and asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvvvvvgc
is giving error
