Hi,

Currently i have installed vicidial setup on RHEL7.3.
But i am facing two issues.
1)when agent trying to login application on the time acknowledgement ring not popup on softphone. Already i have set on-hook option is set to Y.
2) perl files like AST_update.pl file is not running through crontab schedule. If i am trying to run individually its working fine.

Please help me any one for above issues to close ASAP.

please share your cli logs when you try to log in, it will very help full to identify the cause.
