how can i install vicidial on my computer? i was following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhbrnsw ... DNw&t=314s but its not working after i burned he CD. Please help me!!

But basic Linux knowledge is required!
Otherwise I recommend to purchase support and training from The Vicidial Group or
support from PoundTeam(@williamconley): http://catalog.poundteam.com/index.php
