Queue music with remote agent ingroup

I have an ingroup that consists of two remote agents. One is a simple softphone and the other is an external extension which goes to a mobile phone.

When i call the DID that routes to the ingroup you hear the queue music when the group is ringing the softphone but when it starts to ring the external extension i get to hear a ringing sound. Also, it keeps ringing the external extension and never goes back to the other (softphone) extension.

How can i make this behave like a queue so the caller won't notice the change in ringing sound and make the caller 'bounce' back and forth between the two extensions?

Solved this by setting the remote agent to on-hook.

How did you manage to call the other number if the first one does not pickup?
In my case I have all remote agents on mobile phone number. But it only rings one number from the ingroup queue and hangs-up. Does not try the next number if the previous number is busy/unavailable/rejects the call.

It's so long ago i don't remember. Currently during the corona work-at-home situation we had many agents working at home like this and no complaints. However you have to be aware the user disables his/her voicemail. Otherwise it picks up the call.
