Hi,

We tried to integrate our own crm with our vicidial and it works smoothly. Now, there are agents that has 2 different campaigns.
When we use function=external_dial @ http://vicidial.org/docs/AGENT_API.txt the call will insert to the campaign whenever the agent is currently login. My problem is some of it is only to an specific campaign. I tried to put campaign_id but to no avail. It will still insert to what campaign the agent is login. Is there any way that it will only allow or work to the specified campaign only whether the agent is login or not?

By the way the crm execute it automatically depending on certain conditions. Please advise.

That is not currently a feature of the Agent API, but I'm sure something like that could be added.
