Difference between some statuses

Hi, I am from Argentina and i made a vicidial course last year, but it was not very good ..
I am not understanding the statuses, and i have searched in Google but i could not find the exact answer.
I made an automatic survey (press 1 or 2)
I want to know what is the difference between "PM - PU and SVYEXT (this last i think that is the status for the calls that selects and option and vicidial redirect to the extension i have chose ,but the other two statuses are confused for me.
