Forum Login Issues

My brother Kevan Benson (kbenson) cannot seem to login. It drops him to a white page with login.php. It appears to be a php error but is not displaying it. Can someone look into this or maybe remove his account so he can recreate it?

What browser is he using? Has he tried Opera or Firefox?

Were on firefox since we use linux but I also tried his account from IE on windows with the same results.

FYI, that CAPTCHA is pretty hard. Is it using both 0's and O's (zeroes and uppercase o's)?
