Wrong Statistics in realtime report

Hi experts,

I am getting wrong call count, agent ready time and agent in call time in realtime report. i looked at database load which is going over 70% but show processlist does not shows any table lock etc. Also calls are landing on agents even if they are pause? Agent constantly showed in 600 min ready and IN CALL TIME, Any idea please?

Another thing I am observing, vicidial_live_agents table has data of all logged in agents but in realtime report less agents are showing. Any idea please?

First make sure you have in "System Settings" set "Active Voicemail Server" to a valid Asterisk server on your cluster. After that force a rebuild of the conf files on your servers with Servers --> Rebuild conf files --> Y. Maybe this will help
