option in ingroup to goto voicemail

Hi team,
I need to route call from ingroup to voicemail anytime when call in queue and caller press key 9.{Note:There should be no time option these should get effected once call stay in queue of ingroup}
Please guide me how to to do that
Server APP VERSION
Configuration:
Installed vicibox 7.0,
Vicidial version:2.12-552a ,
Asterisk version:11.25.

Vicibox version is incomplete. 7.0.XX (there's a third digit missing).
This is what call menus are for. Send the caller to a menu before the ingroup. If they then land in an ingroup and you want them to have the option to exit, look at "Wait Time Option Callmenu" and "Hold Time Option Callmenu", either of which can be used to route a caller who presses a button while in an Ingroup. You can also "drop call" to a call menu, offer the caller the option to go somewhere else (such as VM) and then put them back into the ingroup if they do not choose the call menu, but they'll lose their place in line when that happens.

Thank you for your help.
Is there no option without prompting for caller to go to voicemail at specific interval.
{Since in wait and hold it prompt for user and has specific time interval}
So i need options once caller enter into queue of ingroup he presses the key 9 forexample anytime should route to voicemail.

Asterisk Queues have this feature, but Vicidial Ingroups do not (AFAIK).

Setting the "Estimated Hold Time Option" is capable of sending a call to VOICEMAIL without a response from the caller.

Goal is to allow "any time" pressing of a button. Send to VM based on the choice of the person stuck on hold.
