Number to call field when doing a transfer

When doing a transfer to another agent via the AGENTDIRECT method shouldn't there be a field to the right side of 'number to call'?

edit: I figured it out, in the campaign the setting 'Hide Transfer Number to Dial' was set to ENABLED.

provide him all necessory access
