Hi guys,

Would someone please help me as i made a call time to dial from 1500 to 1900 but it and selected this is outbound campaign. I am using ratio method for autodialer so it should start dialing at 1500. Now the issue is that it start dialing from 1400 and and ends on 1800. Can anyone help me on that.

Hi There,

Is you server running in a different time zone to you or have you enable daylight savings to get the hour back?

As it seems that your server is just running an hour behind.

Kind Regards,

Yes i am in a different timezone but server time is accurate doesn't server should follow its own time? Also where can i set DST as that rule does not apply in our region.

If daylight savings doesn't apply in your region then thats fine.

I would just sync time with your local NTP just to make sure. Also check your system settings to make sure that you have the right "Default Local Time".

If your still stuck add me on skype as its better to reach me on there: jacob.jones701

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) The call times relate to the time for the person being called. This requires that the GMT value for each lead is set correctly. There is a script that runs nightly to update this value, which uses various tables to identify the time zone for each record. This isn't a method to turn on/off the dialer at certain times: It's a method to avoid violating local laws by calling someone when it's not legal to do so. Some also use it for a bit of micromanagement to try to call certain areas at certain times of day, but that's a little deep. 8-)

GMT OFFSET NOW (local time) CALLED NOT CALLED
-4.00 (Fri 20 Apr 2018 08:44)

I think this is the issue it is showing -4.00 instead of instead of -5.00. It is in the list i upload. How can i change that in system setting its already set -5.oo.
