Dispo Call Max Seconds Option Not working

Hi,

I have set the option 'Dispo Call Max Seconds' = 420 sec in my campaign. However I have checked in reports and database, a lot of calls' disposition time is greater than 420 seconds. Only in few calls, I observed that this option worked correctly. What is causing this option not to work?

The version you are using is about 2 years old at this point. There are known logging bugs in that version and we would recommend upgrading to the latest svn/trunk revision to see if those issues are resolved with the upgrade.
