I have a cluster of Vicidial: Vicibox 8.0.0 from .iso | Vicidial 2.14-633a Build 171001-1544 | Asterisk 11.25.1-vici | One DB, one Web and one Telephony server | Telephony server with Sangoma A104 Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

Database server: ProLiant DL380 G7 | Xeon E5620 | 16 GBytes
Web server: ProLiant DL380 G7 | Xeon E5620 | 12 GBytes
Telephony server: HP ProLiant DL360 G7 | Xeon E5620 | 32 GBytes RAM.

All the three server are NTP syncronized. The computers of the agents are all syncronized with the NTP too.

Occasionally, for some agents the information that shows the Real-time report does not correspond with the actual state of the agents.

All agents are using the Google Chrome browser.

The cause of this situation is related with :
1. The computer of the agents ?
2. The browser of the agents ?
3. It is the svn rev 2832 out of date and I should upgrade it to the lastest ?

I would suggest looking at the slow query logs on your database server.

As for upgrading, I would recommend upgrading to a more recent svn/trunk revision, but I can't think of any significant changes in the last 6 months that were made to the Real-Time Report.
