Hello guys, how can i DISABLE from a LEVEL 8 user from accesing:


ADMIN
Call Times
Shifts
Phones
Templates
Carriers
Servers
Conferences
System Settings
Agent Screen Labels
Screen Colors
System Statuses
Status Groups
Voicemail
Audio Store
Music On Hold
Settings Containers

There is a admin interface block which contains all of your requested options.
you can restrict level 8 user to access those options by set those values to 0.

Hi,

If you disable the modify and delete option from the user even when the User is a level 8 it would show that the login doesn't have permission.
