No sound and call disconnect on autodial, manual works fine

Hi

I am using vicidial version mentioned below, manual dial works fine agent and customer can hear, but when switch campaign to autodial there is sound on both agent and customer side, also calls disconnect within 10 secs after answering, below is the asterisk cli output of one call

dial plan as below:
exten => _8400.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _8400.,2,Dial(dahdi/g0/${EXTEN:4},60,tTo)

can anybody guide me to fix this issue

This is usually either a configuration issue or a carrier issue.

We usually recommend trying a different carrier to see if the problem follows the carrier or not.

there was an dialplan issue, was fixed after dialplan changes

Neither of you has posted your dialplan or any asterisk cli. at least one of you posted your specs, that's cool. But to be clear: LOTS of things can cause this issue and this issue has been posted plenty of times along with multiple solutions.

Firewall and externip in /etc/astguiclient.conf are the two biggest offenders.

Information that's useful: New install that has never worked? Or sound stopped working today? Did you change the IP of the server before/during/after the buildout? Dialplan entry from your carrier settings. Asterisk CLI output. Is your firewall open on port 5060 and range 10k-15k (UDP for all)?
