Setting Call Priority for users

Hi,
I have ViciBox v.8.0.1 installed
VERSION: 2.14-667a
BUILD: 180331-1715
I have 2 ingroups, A and B
All my agents are in ingroup A
5 of my agents are also in ingroup B (in addition to ingroup A)
How can I set priority so that
All agents in ingroup A gets calls by "Longest wait time"
All calls over flowing goes to agents in ingroup B by "Longest wait time" order
