Ringing tone from inbound point to vicibox

need help regarding how you put ringing tone before inbound calls go to system ? or ivy call menu ?
my client wants to hear ringing tone on her office before incoming call goes to vici !
I have installed p2p Linksys and attached tel set
I have made phone ext 9999 and configured to p2p Linksys and can call agent and outbound
only thing I'm missing is have 3 ringing so ****** manager of office can hear all incoming calls **
I'm asking if you can Ansewer me on my email ( if its not agents forum regulation !)
