Hi,

I am working on call menus for an incoming survey campaign. Is it possible to have an option to push a number to enter a not interested disposition for that record and or a dnc disposition? It looks like the way to do it may be to set route to AGI. Am I right, and if so what agi script is needed there and what values would need to be added to it to code a not interested status or dnc status? I think I found the script in extras-- /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/agi/cm_dnc.agi ? Default is NI, so can i just put this script in the AGI field, and it will code these selections NI?

Works like a charm! I sent the opt out selections to a hang up route playing the removed audio. I never realized how many audio files you guys have already available.......for example feeling_lucky_punk.gsm ))))) Got to love that one))
