Its a scratch install

Hello Sir,

I need your help to setup callcard and please let me know how exactly it works. I tried to search a lot regarding the same but didn't find anything relevant.
Run:
Starting Batch:
IDs in Batch:
Starting Sequence:
Total:
Balance Minutes:
Initial Value:
Initial Minutes:
Purchase Order:
Printer:
DID:
In-Group:
Language:
Name:
Comment:

these are the options that we get in callcard admin.
I just want to know how exactly do we setup callcard and how exactly does it work.
how is it linked with ingroup and campaign for keeping check on inbound and outbound calls.

This is pretty much the only documentation we have on the Call Cards functionality built into VICIdial:

I haven't really touched that code in over 8 years, and none of our active clients use it, including the company we wrote it for. I would guess that it still works, but we do not test the functionality to confirm that at this point.
