Differences between "Not called" and "Dialable"

Postby davide.filippi » Fri May 25, 2018 9:46 am

Hi all,
can you explain me the differences between lead not called and lead dialable?
Also, why if I active list mix I have a total number of lead to be called more less than if I active the same statuses in "Dial status" within the campaign?

Thanks in advance

Dialable has a lot of factors, based on the Campaign Criteria for what leads should be dialed. time of day, status, etc.

Not Called is a simple status field: This lead has Not Yet Been dialed (since the last "reset"). This "not called" is an implied/required field for dialable statuses: A lead is NOT dialable if it has already been called, regardless of any other factors related to the campaign.
