download list and separate my cb only from generic cb

I have a campaign with the statuses 100 - My callback and 102 - Generic callback.
In both statuses I know I have to tick the "my callbacks only" flag if I want this lead belong to my callbacks.
When i download a list from detail list - "click here to download this list" I see some lead with status CBHOLD, some with status 100 and some with status 101.
What is the difference? How can I separate leads belongs to callbacks only (or, more easy, with recipient "useronly") from leads with recipient "anyone".
