Just installed vicibox 8.0.1 with asterisk 11.25.3-vici (The basic vicibox installation from the website).

I made a campaign set up a default dial plan for it (X) , loaded the leads and now when I log in with an agent user I made I get this error 'No one is in your session: 8600051'.

The leads seem to be in the hopper + it shows they are being loaded every minute in the logs ( in /var/log/astguiclient hopper.2018-06-03) so I infer this is not a hopper issue

I have seen many people posting about this problem ,but haven't found any answer as helpful for my issue...

Oh such a silly issue - the agent was not configured properly.

When I had the agent configured properly I just answered the call and it started to work (You need to answer the call with the agent before you start taking calls - as it says in the manual :D)

This issue fixed....!! I have another one regarding leads not found in the campaign but this I will put in a new thread.
