Have you looked in /var/www/html on that server to see if the vicidial directory is there, and if so what is in it?

WHY would you install it from scratch instead of using the Goautodial install .iso or instructions on their wiki (where they have "vanilla CentOS -> Vicidial" instructions using their repos)?

If you installed from scratch, did not link us to your installation instructions, and want us to troubleshoot your installation, your problem is that your instructions were faulty and nobody but you can see them.

So: List the .iso image you started with (CentOS ... what version?) and the instruction set you followed.

Or you can go to any of the many Apache2 support portals and work it out from there. The admin portal of Vicidial is just a web site.

However: You will be fighting an unnecessary uphill battle instead of using the Goautodial repos which make it pretty much a cakewalk. Better yet, just use the Vicibox .iso installer from Vicibox.com (and the PDF instructions on "how"). If you were to explain why you can't do that, I bet it would help to enlighten us to your predicament. 8-)

Hear hear. I was a Redhat/Centos man for 20 years, and when i looked at the difference between Centos scratch install, and GoAutoDial, which I also installed, and compared with the demo site on vicidial.org there was no question I wanted the vicibox install. And even though a part of me told me to go with Centos, I installed vicibox and I became acquainted with OpenSuSE Linux. Turned out to be the smart choice. I understand now why the VICIdial developers use OpenSuSE. Outstanding OS.
