Logging call outcome via "No Agent Call URL"

If the dialer makes a call and gets a busy signal, or voice mail, the "No Agent Call URL" is being called in the campaign, but in the list of fields that I can pass to this URL, I do not see anything that resembles the status of that call. How could I pass the call statuses via this URL?
I do see it pases the lead_id, which means I potentially could look up the lead status after the URL is called, but not sure if this is the right way to go about this.
