Too many local channels in survey campaign

Hi,

We are running a survey campaign but for some reason asterisk is not disconnecting channels after call is completed. I see many many local channels in up state and getting following error in asterisk.

I had to restart asterisk frequently to remove all stuck channels. Any idea please?

Looks like a load problem.
How many channels up?
