INBOUND_MANUAL campaign logs in agents as closers

INBOUND_MANUAL campaign logs in agents as closers and they are not receiving inbound calls (call goes to voice mail configured for the in group). What do I need to do to have them appear as available instead? They are not dialing automatically, just manual dial and in groups.

Select checkbox infront of Blended Calling at the green inbound group selection screen when the agent logs in and check.
