kick an agent(s)

hi all

i'm new to vici in which i'm trying to familiarize some of it's button functions ..

at the moment, i've been given the task to help monitor the call flows especially if it gets long wait time and some leads control

i would like to ask how to kick an agent if it's not properly logout in the system?

by the way, we're using vicidial VERSION: 2.8-417a
