Not a valid recording

I've scoured the forums and tracker and I am unable to find someone with a fix to an issue I'm having. When on the lead modification page, clicking the recording link sends back a "Not a valid recording" response. Has anyone else run into this same issue?

1) Please remember to post your installer with version in addition to your Vicidial with version. Especially in a case like this which is likely outside the realm of Vicidial itself and actually related to the Environment instead.

2) "sends back a ... response": Do you mean an audio response? Or a popup? or a file that's not a recording and your audio playing software doesn't like it?

3) Do you have "Log Recording Access" in system settings set to 1 or 0?
