call Back only agent don't work

Hi,

VERSION: 2.14-585a
BUILD: 170114-1356
Install VIcibox Cluster (1 DB,WEB - 1 Dialer)
Installed with ViciBox_v.7.x86_64-7.0.4.iso
Asterisk 11.25.1-vici

When our agents select a status CallBack and check the box "“my call back only”, the call don't is triggered when the scheduled is in time. Now if the don't ckeck the box, the scheduled callback works correctly.

For the users, i configured the fields "Schedule Callbacks" and "Agent-only Callback" in 1, and in the Campaign i set "Schedule CallBack" in Y.

Why is the reason for the system don't triggered the Schedule Call?

What do you mean exactly when you say "trigger"?

User Only Scheduled callbacks will not actually place a call automatically unless the Next-Dial My Callbacks feature is enabled(which you wouldn't have since your version is too old)
