Enabling test calls, need help urgently

I need to enable test calling in campaigns. Right now it just says test calling is disabled, my tech guy couldn't figure it out, but I feel like it should just be a simple setting, at least I hope so. Need it fixed ASAP, anyone know how to enable it?

While you're at it ... you and your tech guy should both have a look at all those system settings plus the ones in admin->servers for your server. Then take a gander at /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/docs. Lots of fun stuff in there.
