Vicibox v 8.0.1 Recording link

Hi all,
i have problems regarding on accessing the the Recording link on Vicibox 8.0.1
on Vici>admin>system settigns i just enabled Log Recording Access: 1 (from 0)
and then on the Users side (Vici>Users [ my user login] i enabled also Access Recordings: 1 from 0
but still i cant access the recording but the files is in there (mp3s folder) in n the
monitorDOne mp3 folder.

by using this

Recording access forbidden
chown -R wwwrun:root /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
