date of birth field is hidden

Hello everyone. Here is the following information in regards to my current setup:

Vicibox 7
OpenSuse 42.1 (x86_64)
Asterisk 11.22.0
version 2.14-531c
build 170808-1014

So the issue I am facing is in the agent screen the date_of_birth field is hidden. I am not sure where it was marked to hide. All i know is when I load the data it includes the date_of_birth, and on the flip side when I down load the list it also includes the date_of_birth.

I need the agents to see what the date of birth is. Please advise. Thank you in advance

Also an update. I just created an agent screen label in system settings thinking that this might give me a good work around. And even in there it does not give me the option of date of birth. My thought is it is somewhere in the php files. I just dont know where. I started digging around in there a little bit, but I cant see where it would have date_of_birth hidden.

Okay I saw that too. But then answer me this. If there is no way to have date of birth field on agent screen unless it is a custom field. Then why is it a standard field when I upload the data?

Also I was digging and I can show the date_of_birth field as read only. which makes me think that it can be done as writeable as well

Using the custom forms tab you should be able to read/write along with any of the standard fields.

It was primarily designed for Custom Fields, but can be used for standard fields as well when all you want is to re-design the layout of the fields (like showing an otherwise invisible field).
