IVR - text to speech, speech to text

Hi, does ViciDial support, or do you recommend any third party options, to handle text to speech or speech to text? For example, an ivr message that says "Say customer service to be directed to customer service. Say status to be read your account status" where saying "status" would make an api call to a third party system and speak back "active" or "balance of $21" type of thing.
