Hello,
I am looking for help to set the sequence of leads which throws on callers screen
Below is my configuration of my ViciBox
VERSION: 2.14-683a
BUILD: 180809-1547
Asterisk - 11.25.1-vici
ViciBox8
SVN - Revision: 3017
All the agents are doing manual dial. We have only outbound campaign.
Here is the scenario -
In list 1001 I have uploaded 1000 data points with predefined owner for callers IDs 101,102,103....109,110 (100 data points for each)
101 called out all the fresh leads and rest all still have 50 uncalled data. But obvious caller 101 will get "There are no more leads in the hopper"
I reset the list with "Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list:" and rechurn all the No Answer ringing data.
Campaign setting contains No answer ringing, busy and switched off in "Add A Dial Status to Call:"
What happens is - caller 101 starts getting the data for re-churning but it happens to all other 9 callers pushing behind the uncalled data.
I want the leads to flow in a sequence where uncalled data should come first, then the last called data should come second.
Please help me with the setting which needs to be done in either campaign or list. I tried everything but nothing worked. Uncalled data stays back and re-churning happens first.
