Customer's Number not Showing in Vicidial

Hi Everyone!
We provided several DIDs to our client where they can port forward their calls to us. When a customer dials their number, they are provided options. Once the customer chooses Options 4 and 5, the call automatically gets transferred to our site. The issue here is that instead of showing the customer's phone number on vicidial, the number that appears is our client's number or trunk line. Is there any way that the customer's phone number will appear instead? Badly need help!
