Hi there,

I change last few days the timezone of our server, from pacific (PDT) to singapore (SGT) everything works fine,
Server, DB time and Php.time is desame. and when i pull out a report (Vicidial > Reports > Inbound Reports by DID)

The TIMESTAT portion (if you scroll down).it was still on PDT( ibelieve so) , Our lines is Open 8 AM to 5 PM singapore time (call times set 800 - 1700 which is good)
but the timestat appear starts with 0030.
on this field (GRAPH IN 15 MINUTE INCREMENTS OF TOTAL CALLS TAKEN INTO THIS IN-GROUP), it should start the it with 0800 but showing 0030

You have to make sure that Apache, PHP, MySQL and Linux are all using the same time zone.

maybe is hould check for linux, coz Apache, PHP, MySQL is already desame.. but on other reports such as Inbound Service Level Report.
seems the Stats is good. its statrt 8 am

Hi matt,

ive been trying to check Apache, PHP, MySQL its desame on time (SGT) Currently running NTP and sycncing.
if im going to update the svn can this be fixed?

I really don't know, I haven't run into that kind of problem before that can't be fixed by changing settings and rebooting.
