Survey Campaign when agents busy does dialer stop dialing?

If all logged in agents are on a call, does the dialer stop dialing until at least 1 agent is free, or does it keep dialing regardless if there are available agents or not?

Depends on whether "Available Only Tally"="Y" or "N". That's the definition of the use of that setting.

You can also make slight adjustments with "Dial Level Difference Target" which should always be set to "0 Balanced".

Thanks just what I was looking for. For some reason I changed Available only tally to No
And i just noticed today the dialer kept dialing even though there were no available agents.

Copy your functional campaign (there's a menu option for that) to a campaign named "TEMPLATE" so you can easily compare the next time something weird happens. 8-)
