Remote agents always showup in CHATsession

We have install Vicidial(details below). Currently i am stuck in CHAT system display, basically whenever I add any user in Remoteagent section this user gets displayed in AVAILABLE AGENT, even if the CHAT is disabled and in Campaign also i have disabled CHAT for this campaign/user, still this remoteagents get listed in AVAILABLE CHAT as well group and Campaign of the remoteagents gets listed.
hence need help for this

Just a guess. Never actually had the problem: Use a different user for the remote agent, not an agent who is also in any other part of the system. If you've not created specific users for the remote agents, do so, especially if you have multiple lines for each remote agent since those load sequentially.
Note that this *may* be installer related (25% chance?) but you did not list your installer or the version or whether there have been any upgrades since installation.

This is fresh install,
My current:
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3030
DB Schema Version: 1556
DB Schema Update Date: 2018-09-12 09:30:16
yes i have created new user 2001 in user section then added user 2001 in Remoteagents section with line 1, i created around 5 user and as soon as i create all this user get listed in CHAT section.
I have tried multiple copies and faced same problem, all time i do fresh install no upgrade

Please clarify: what do you mean by "get listed in"? Is that the list of recipients who "could be added to a chat"?

as soon as user is added in RemoteAgents (left menu) , the user gets listed in CHAT section.
I have even created 2 separate groups to create isolation and have made sure the new user created in RemoteAgent is not part of that campaign still when i click on CHAT this users of Remoteagents get listed in CHAT

At the risk of repeating myself: what do you mean by "get listed in"? Is that the list of recipients who "could be added to a chat"?

You tell those remote agents to make calls, then you catch them chatting)))
