Inbound report - custom indicators

Can anyone tell me what these abbreviations mean?
I looked in the manager manual but it only says this:

GDE (Answered/Total calls taken in to this In-Group)
ACR (Dropped/Answered)
TMR1 (Answered within seconds/Answered)
TMR2 (Answered within seconds/Answered)

like Answered calls out of total calls.
