hello all,

my .csv file is like this..

i created a template, where i assign first name, last name and numbers to the appropriate fields,
but when i try to import leads i get this message:

any suggestions ?

my import settings are like this...

if you are a newbie like me, this is the answer..

add a lead to one list.
export this list to your computer.
open it with excel, libre office, whatever..
under the phone number, add your leads.. (supposedly its a cold list, without names).
export as .csv, TAB DELIMITED...
import to vicidial, select custom layout.. it will ask you to assign field names..

You can have any layout in csv or xls. When you are on ad leads page, selected custom layout.

It will give you the options to map the vicidial fields with the columns in your file. Easy way to go..
