Time Synch Error

Hi There,
VERSION: 2.14-697a
BUILD: 190121-2019
Installer: Vicibox 8.12
Asterisk: 1.4.21.2
On a fresh install, all goes well until start logging in as users to test outbound calls.
Immediate "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator"
Have checked timezones, GMT offsets, hardware clock, synchronised with NTP server, still having a problem.
Doing a comparison between this and a couple of other successful installations, I notice a difference in Asterisk versions.
The problem server - Asterisk version 1.4.21.2 (displayed under server, however 13.21.1-vici via cli)
Good Server - Asterisk version 13.21.1-vici
Any advice?
