Issue with Softphone Session

Hi Team,

I am facing one issue. I have used below configurations.
vicidial :2.2.0-47
Asterisk:1.8.23.0-vici
Softphone:Zoiper
OS:RHEL 7.6

My issue is when agent logged in i got acknowledgment ring. But when agent logged off Still session is on in Zoiper softphone.
I have seen Screen -ls command. Below are result.
[root@irms-app-2 astguiclient]# screen -ls
There are screens on:
160251.ASTlisten (Detached)
160248.ASTsend (Detached)
160245.ASTupdate (Detached)
160202.ASTVDauto (Detached)
159998.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
6306.ASTfastlog (Detached)
6 Sockets in /var/run/screen/S-root.

Please help me on this.

Can you post the asterisk CLI when an agent logout from ViciDial?

Really? That IS quite old. So did this problem just start happening on a system that's been running for several years? What changed? Did your networking change? New Router? Agents in a new location?

Did you upgrade the server? Perhaps asterisk version?
