we are very very very happy with vicidial .. and we have reached a point, where we want to have a more powerful vicidial ... we currently have a cluster of 5 computers (DB, WEB, FILES, AND TWO OF TELEPHONY), and we want to see the possibility to install a new cluster but virtually ... this product supports virtualization?

Yes, you can use virtual machines, but it will reduce your system's reliability, scalability, capacity and efficiency. In some cases these reductions are severe and can greatly affect production.

I've run Vicidial on virtual machines; however, like mflorell said there are always limits, issues and it never works as well as a dedicated server.
