Hi!
I am experiecing a weird problem, using ratio mode, I have calls waiting with agents availables, Vici doesnt transfer the call to agents so the agents has 3 and 4 minutes waiting for calls. I checked
Any cluees ?

Hello,
Post the version of vicidial you are using and also a print screen of real time reports.
Make sure your agents are not logged in as closer.

Are you using Live Agent Answer (exten 8368) or Survey?
Are these calls inbound or outbound?
