Root cause of having more than 1 customer on the line

Hello Everyone,

We've been receiving complaints that there are instances that there are two customer on the line. Anyone know the root cause of it? or guidelines that we need to check to prevent this from happening. Our campaign's dialing method is RATIO.

It's almost always an overloaded system, or too many records in one or more of the database fields. But poor network connections between the servers and the agents can also contribute to that problem.

Improper logout of the agent.

When they just closed their browser without logging out, this issue will pop up like 75% of the time, all the time specially if you got like 200 people logged in to your cluster. :D

Now ya lost me. How do they have two clients when they no longer even have a session? Or are you saying they closed the browser and didn't hang up? cuz i'd say that's not something that should be difficult to diagnose. lol
