How to send a prerecorded message for AMD detected leads

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way that we can automatically send a prerecorded message for AMD detected leads on each call attempt? Let's say I want to send the prerecorded message on first attempt and a different message on the third attempt.

AMD send to Action -This option allows you to define whether a call is sent to the Answering Machine Message or CPD AMD Action when an answering machine is detected, or if it is hung up. If this is set to N, then the call will be hung up as soon as it is determined to be an answering machine. Default is N.

There are several entries below this which are somewhat related. Plus I believe this is covered in the Vicidial Manager's Manual. Have you checked?

Yes this is okay now. We are now using AM Message Wildcard.. We are currently utilizing the VD_amd.agi and admin_amm_multi.php where we can set the called_count field as wildcard.
