I am installing a multi server set up with a te411p digium card.

heres the thing. I can manual dial, but when I autodial yes it does connect and the phone rings. I can hear the youre the only person in this conference. but when the call comes in the agent cant hear anything even when you dispose the call you should even hear a click sound or something but there isnt.

any idea?

I dont think its a NAT problem. because when it was a single server, it works but when I reformatted it and used the same settings all the function works except you cant hear anything when the call comes in when doing autodial

Generally one way cause of voice most of the time
Either

1. NAT Issue
2. codec Issue.

better you check the cli when the live call going.

what its not working is when the agent is logged in to VICIDIAL and when the call comes, there is no audio anymore.
